WeLead American University Commencement Speech

I was thrilled to give the Keynote speech to the graduates of American University’s WeLead Program in the School of Public Affairs. These women are closing the gender gap in the world of politics and they are tomorrow’s leaders. I am heartened about our future with these ladies at the helm. What a wonderful way to end Black History Month and usher in Women’s History Month.
